No problem! KeyNOW is able to repair most types of remote and key fob. We have
only listed the most common key types on our website. Even if you can’t see your
key, it is likely that we can still repair it. Simply send us your key and in the unlikely
event that we can’t repair it, we will return it to you via secure tracked delivery free of
charge. Alternatively, you can email us an image of your key and we can let you
know if we are likely to be able to repair it.

At the time you place your key repair order with KeyNOW, you will be asked to briefly
explain the problem with your key fob remote. This may help our technicians to fix
your key more quickly. However, regardless of the fault reported, your key fob will
still go through our full thorough inspection and test procedure.
Once you have placed your order for key repair, post the key to us in a strong
envelope or packaging. It is important that you include your details and the order
number from your email confirmation with the key. Alternatively, simply print a copy
of your order confirmation email and include it in the post with your key. We
recommend using a tracked delivery service as KeyNOW will not be held responsible
for keys that don’t reach us.
The expert technicians at KeyNOW are able to repair most key fobs that we receive.
However, we won’t know for sure until we have inspected your key. Even if your key
has been dropped, chewed by a dog, run over, or put through a washing machine,
we may still be able to repair it. If, for any reason, we can’t repair your key, we will
return it to you via secure tracked delivery without charge.

No. Our key repair service relates to the working parts of the key fob only. If you
need a programmed key, you should go back to the KeyNOW home page and order
a replacement key. You can then choose from either our DIY service (if available for
your vehicle) or our ‘We Come To You’ service. Please note, we will need you to
have at least one existing working key to use the KeyNOW key replacement service.
No. Our key repair service relates to the working parts of the key fob only. The key
programming will remain unaffected by the repair.
Yes. We recommend that you post your key to us using a tracked delivery service,
as KeyNOW cannot accept responsibility for lost keys that don’t reach us. Once your
key has been received, KeyNOW will send you a confirmation email. Your key will
normally be repaired within 48 hours of receipt. Once it is repaired, we will return the
key to you with free delivery, using a secure tracked delivery service. Our courier will
provide you with delivery updates as well as your delivery or local collection options.
Yes, absolutely. KeyNOW is fully compliant with GDPR regulations. We will only
keep your personal information for as long as needed to process and complete your
order. All payments are made through a secure payment gateway. All customer
information is encrypted and stored on super-secure Amazon Cloud before being
deleted from our system.
All KeyNOW key repairs are covered by a FREE 90 day warranty. In the unlikely
event that your key still doesn’t work, you can return your key and we will investigate
the issue. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the repair, we will return your
key free of charge and provide a full refund.
